Terms of service.

The rules for using Vistui’s AI design studio, accounts, credits, and generated outputs. Effective July 21, 2026.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vistui’s website, studio, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Vistui is an AI-assisted design workspace that helps you plan and generate multi-screen product flows, previews, and related design artifacts from prompts and brand direction. We may update, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Free and paid plans may include different limits, credits, and capabilities as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Circumvent plan limits, credit systems, authentication, or security controls.
Use the Service to create malware, phishing assets, or content intended to deceive users about identity or security.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of prompts, references, brand assets, and other materials you submit (“Customer Content”), as well as the design outputs generated for you through the Service (“Outputs”), subject to these Terms and third-party rights.

You grant Vistui a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content and Outputs solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, generating previews, storing projects, and enabling exports). Public showcase publication happens only when you choose to make a project public.

You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before commercial, client, or production use. AI-generated designs may contain imperfections, inaccurate text, or unintended similarities; you remain responsible for final quality, legality, and fitness for your purpose.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service—including our branding, software, UI, documentation, and non-customer content—is owned by Vistui and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or platform code beyond what is needed to use the Service as intended.

7. Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans, credit packs, and renewals are billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees are due according to the plan you select. Credits are consumed when generation and related paid actions run, as shown in-product. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable once credits or subscription time have been used. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as authentication/hosting providers, AI model providers, and Stripe. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies outside our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISTUI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNIQUE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC COMMERCIAL PURPOSE WITHOUT YOUR REVIEW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISTUI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VISTUI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Vistui against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of Outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if continued operation creates legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
